What is 'Person-Centred' counselling?

Person-Centered Counselling is a compassionate and empowering approach to talk therapy that places each individual at the heart of the therapeutic process. 

Our goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, ultimately enabling you to find your own way forward.

Our Approach

Out team of therapists offer one-to-one counselling sessions in-person, online or over the phone. 

Supporting you on your journey to emotional wellness, our therapeutic approach emphasises deep listening, empathy and respect. Facilitating growth and autonomy for our clients is central to our practice.

We want you to feel as relaxed and confident about therapy as possible - and finding an affordable option plays an important role in that. 

As part of our mission to make therapy accessible to everyone, we're happy to offer concessionary rates for clients who may need some financial support.
